Ultra-Vision Fire & Security supply, Install and maintain all types of fire extinguishers and firefighting equipment.
BS5306 The British standard for Servicing and maintaining Fire Fighting equipment states that a competent person is required to carry out the servicing and maintenance of Fire Extinguishers.
Ultra-Vision Fire & Security provide that Service and will help you save money as replacing parts such as: O-ring seals; stored pressure valves; discharge pull tags; safety pins and head and end caps are inclusive during the service visit. (Most companies charge extra for these, this can soon add up and be a costly process that you were not expecting).
Our trained surveyors and engineers can provide knowledge and information on what type of Fire Extinguisher to install in which area, depending on the fire risks and the environment to be protected. We can provide advice and training on how to use the different types of firefighting equipment and which device works best on which type of fire.
It is important to have the right type of fire extinguisher for a specific type of fire, our trained surveyors know all the potential pitfalls that could cause the untrained operator some serious problems Certain extinguishers work better on different fires, however, there is also the size of the area and the environment around the operator to contend with. Our trained surveyors take all this into consideration. For example an ABC powder extinguisher is a right for use on various types of fires including, solids such as wood, cloth and paper, it can be used on electrical and flammable liquid fires, however it is not necessarily the best extinguisher, in a small, enclosed environment – the powder extinguisher can be easier to inhale, this can be hazardous and can potentially turn into a life threatening situation in a fire fighting incident.
Ultra-Vision takes your safety seriously and our trained surveyors and installers will be happy to help we pride ourselves in our willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ for our customers.
There Are 5 Main Types Of Firefighting Extinguishers

This has revolutionises the Fire Fighting Service industry and will save our clients hundreds of pounds in servicing costs during the life of the extinguisher.
